Review:

While the main purpose of the Brick Township Reservoir is to provide water for Brick and Wall townships, it also serves as a popular recreational area for local residents and visitors. The reservoir was built on what was once a gravel pit and when completely full it covers about 90 acres. Walkers, joggers and dog-walkers will find a very pleasant and well-maintained gravel trail running around the perimeter of the reservoir. The trail is about 2.6km long and there are benches where you can rest and admire the views. Fishing is also popular on the reservoir and fishing stations have been built to accommodate fishermen. There are restrooms and plenty of parking at the start of the trail.
