Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar - Atlantic City is dedicated to the celebration of Cuban heritage. The restaurant and bar strives to continue the exploration of Cuban traditions, art, music, and flavors. The first Cuba Libre location opened in 2000 in Philadelphia’s Old City, offering guests with a taste of the culture and intriguing flavors of Cuba. Blending cooking traditions and native ingredients with those of Spain, South America, Asia, Africa, and others, the cuisine of Cuba is a mix reflective of a colorful culture. The name Cuba Libre translates to mean “a free Cuba.”
