Review:

Flounder Brewing Company is a nano-brewery in Hillsborough in Somerset County, New Jersey that was founded by Jeremy Lees as a homebrewing hobby and has grown to become a successful small batch business. Opened to the public in 2013, Flounder Brewing Company was one of the first nano breweries in New Jersey, producing an estimated 50 barrels of beer per year, with signature beers including its signature Hill Street Honey Ale, an unfiltered American pale ale, and the year-round Murky Brown, an American Brown Ale, and Saison du Flounder, a farmhouse ale. The brewery also produces two seasonal releases - a spiced pumpkin amber ale called Floundering Pumpkin, which released in the fall, the Gingerbread Brown, a spiced brown winter ale to enjoy in the colder winter months. The brewery is open for tastings and fills Thursday through Sunday.
