Located in Fairfield, New Jersey, Cricket Hill Brewing Company is a microbrewery that produces a variety of year-round and seasonal beers with a limited-hours tap room that offers brewery tours with tastings. Founded in 2000, Cricket Hill Brewery opened to the public two years later with flagship brews such as American Ale and East Coast Lager and have since added several more like the Hopnotic IPA and the Colonel Blide's Bitter. Cricket Hill actively practices the Germany beer brewing practice of Reinheitsgebot and is well known for their cask-aged beers. In addition to their flagship brews, the brewery also produces several seasonals such as Fall Festivus, Jersey Summer Breakfast Ale, Paymasters Porter, and Maibock.
