The Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church is a beautiful, small Russian church in the historic town of Claremont, New Hampshire. Founded in the year 1909 originally as the Brotherhood of the Holy Resurrection, the church was established by Russian immigrants, who upon arriving in the United States in 1907 and 1908, found that there were no churches in the area like what they left behind in Russia. The church building itself, however, wasn't built until many years later. Today, visitors of all ages are welcome at the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church and the church community is known for being welcoming and warm.
