The North Country Smokehouse is located on the exact piece of the countryside of New England as it has for more than one hundred years. While the smokehouse has been making some of the region’s finest artisanal cheeses and meats in Claremont since 1912, its 65,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility was opened in October of 2018. The North Country Smokehouse uses natural, hand-selected ingredients in its products and has received several awards over the years, including “The Best Bacon in America” by Food and Wine, “New England’s Best Meat” by Yankee Magazine, and “America’s Top 10 Best Bacons” by Men’s Journal. North Country Smokehouse does not offer a retail location to shop products on-site but pick up orders for curbside delivery is available. Pick up orders receive special pricing and must be placed 48 hours in advance.
