Wildwood Brewery was founded by Jim Lueders who began brewing home beer in 1981 and opened the Wildwood Brewery in 2012. The brewery features a state-of-the-art brewing system with three malt silos, a custom-designed malt kettle, two 50 bbl hot liquor tanks, and a 30-ton chiller. Signature brews include Organic Ambitious Pale Lager, a classic Munich style lager; Organic Mystical Stout, a mystical stout is an Irish style dry stout; Organic Bodacious Bock, a traditional German spring bock; a seasonal Organic White Bark Wheat Ale, a classic Bavarian wheat beer; and Krumholz Dark Wheat Ale (Seasonal), a classic Bavarian-Style Dark Wheat Ale.
