Veigel’s Kaiserhoff restaurant occupies 2 historic buildings which date back to 1871, when they were constructed from American Artstone and bricks from the New Ulm Brick and Tile Company. Over the decades, the building has been home to many businesses including a slaughterhouse and meat market, a plumber’s and more. It has been home to the landmark restaurant since 1946, where it offers visitors a warm welcome and a full menu of tasty German delicacies alongside some traditional American classics. There is something delicious for all tastes including burgers and sandwiches, sauerkraut and ribs, authentic German sausages and fabulous schnitzels.
