The memorial is a symbol of the honor, unity, and cooperation the United States armed forces has embodied to defend the freedoms and liberties the country and its people so dearly treasure. The memorial features a variety of elements designed for honoring the women and men of the military including the Marine “Chuck” Lindberg Statue, Nine Flags, Stone Pillars, Walk of Honor, and Service Dogs. This memorial provides the perfect opportunity to discover, appreciate, and honor what the military has done for the United States.
