Located in the New Center One, Cuisine is a high-profile fine dining establishment in the heart of Midtown Detroit that has been serving exceptional cuisine for the past 15 years. Helmed by chef and proprietor Paul Grosz, the intimate restaurant is set in a beautifully restored mansion and features original wooden floors, three dining spaces with linen-covered tables, and an exquisite zinc-topped bar on the main floor of the house. Seasonal menus boast sublime dishes of contemporary French-American cuisine prepared with local ingredients such as fresh seafood, prime meats and chicken, organic salads, and homemade pasta plates. World-class wines, imported spirits, and classic cocktails accompany the cuisine.
