Review:

Newly relocated to the historic Lee House, which dates back to the late 1890’s, the Tilghman Watermen’s Museum showcases the lives and times of the early men and women who earned a living on the waters around Tilghman Island. The museum collections include many donated artworks and early photos which tell the story of the hey-days on the island, when more than 600 men and women worked in the fisheries and oyster dredging factories. You will learn about the original fishing boats from beautifully made models and see many original artifacts donated by some of the original watermen and women.
