Mad Cow Grill is the latest restaurant offering from Beltsville native Ed Reynoso, best known for his work at the award-winning Old Line Bistro. Reynoso has paired with executive chef Neville Nugent and his wife Sandra to bring scratch-made fare with Caribbean influences to Laurel's dining scene. Diners can choose from delicious dinner entree selections like rasta pasta with herb coconut cream sauce, Jamaican jerk barbecue pork ribs, braised oxtails with plantains and rice and beans, or Atlantic cod tacos topped with mint and chipotle sauce. Shareables include unique selections like fried brussels sprouts in savory fish sauce, spicy duck confit flatbread with Thai-style peanut sauce, and the restaurant's signature Mad Wings, drenched in diners' choice of lemon pepper, sriracha, Jerk, moonshine, or Old Bay wing sauce.
