Review & FAQ:
Filled with centuries-old hemlock trees and the highest waterfall in Maryland, Swallow Falls State Park boasts some of the state's most stunning scenery. The campground offers more than 60 sites equipped with fire pits and picnic tables, and all sites include access to a bathhouse with hot water. There are also three sites with full hookups; advance reservations are recommended if you'd like to secure one of these spots. If you'd like to spend the night in a bit more comfort, there are also three cabins with electric heat and beds. A two-night minimum stay is required for all sites on weekends.
