Based out of Belfast, the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad provides opportunities for round-trip weekend excursions for visitors and locals alike from City Point Station. Running on a season basis, these train trips are typically offered from the weekend of Memorial Day through around the end of October. In addition to its weekend excursions, the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad also runs a number of special event train excursions, such as the Pumpkin Express, Fall Foliage Train, the Hot Apple Cider and Donuts Train, the Pizza and Whoopie Pie Train, the Santa Express, Breakfast with Santa, and Pizza with Santa.
