Brghtly colored and spacious, with exposed brick walls covered with local art, Treme Coffeehouse is a quaint mom-and-pop neighborhood spot in the historic Treme neighborhood at the edge of French Quarter. It is known for great espresso drinks and a warm, welcoming ambiance. Comfortable plush couches and social games such as chess encourage lingering and socializing. They serve local coffee made from fair trade beans roasted by Orleans Coffee Exchange. They also serve aromatic teas and tisanes, La Louisiane Bakery's pastries, bagels and bread, as well as Boar's Head meats & cheeses. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, try their classic New Orleans Snoballs.
