Review:
Stylish and modern, The Orange Couch is a popular local coffeehouse in Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans. Small and cozy, it feels like a welcoming living room, with comfortable couches and armchairs and small tables where young folks work on their computers, chat with friends and enjoy hot or cold coffee beverage.
There is something for everyone, including more exotic mixes such as Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk. There are only eight tables and a few more on the sidewalk and they are full most of the time. They offer pastries, cookies, bagels, ice creams and light eats with their coffees. The café is a popular local gathering spot and there is often an impromptu jazz concert.
