Set in the Augustus Tower of Caesars Palace, Restaurant Guy Savoy is the American equivalent of eponymous Guy Savoy in Paris and the famed Michelin-star chef’s only American venture. A quiet oasis away from the bustling crowds of the casino floor, the elegant restaurant offers a five-star dining experience with an award-winning menu and wine list and impeccable service to match. Designed to emulate the menu of his Paris restaurant, the Restaurant Guy Savoy Caesars Palace menu boasts complex but comforting and delicious cuisine prepared with ultra-high-quality ingredients and the latest culinary techniques. Signature dishes include starters like the soupe d'artichaut à la truffle Noire, entrées such as brioche feuillellée aux champignons et truffles, and unrivaled desserts as the Terrine de Pamplemousse that quite literally melts in the mouth. The wine list boasts 1,700 bottles, including many older and rare vintages that are explained and recommended by an expert sommelier throughout the evening. The restaurant's Cognac Lounge is ideal for a post-dinner snifter. Restaurant Guy Savoy is open for dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday.
