Named after a popular female name in Japan, Mizumi is an award-winning Japanese restaurant with a buzzing sushi bar, dynamic table demonstrations and quiet, romantic tables overlooking a shimmering 90-foot waterfall. Located in the elegant Wynn Las Vegas Hotel, the restaurant has a main dining room with beautiful views of the artfully illuminated Tryst lagoon, and a second dining space that features open robatayaki and teppanyaki grills, and a vibrant sushi bar. Rising star chef Devin Hashimoto presents a menu of innovative Japanese cuisine, including ocean-fresh sushi, sashimi, robatayaki, teppanyaki, along with multi-course feasts with everything from miso soup to green-tea ice cream. Mizumi is open for dinner, seven nights a week.
