A beautiful hill-top lodge welcomes you to the General Butler State Resort Park where you can sit back and relax or enjoy an action-filled family vacation. The lodge offers comfortable rooms with great views but you also have the choice of renting a family cottage or one of the 100 shaded campsites which are available year-round. Hikers can enjoy wildlife watching as they explore the trails, some of which are also suitable for mountain bikes. You can hire a canoe, row boat or pedal boat (summer only) and set off to explore the lake, where fishing is rumored to be very rewarding. Other park activities include swimming, tennis and mini golf and there is a playground for younger visitors.
