Based in the upmarket Bradley Fair shopping center on Rock Road, the Redrock Canyon Grill is an elegant steakhouse which serves an inventive combination of Southwest and New American cuisine in a casual, laid-back atmosphere. Established in 1999, the restaurant prepares seasonal menus of creative cuisine using fresh locally sourced cuisine, such as prime cut steaks, succulent chops, hearty burgers, fresh seafood and fish, salads, sides, and decadent desserts. The cuisine is accompanied by an extensive selection of wines from around the world, craft beers and microbrews, top-shelf spirits and classic cocktails. The Redrock Canyon Grill is open for dinner Monday through Sunday and lunch on the weekends.
