There is also a silver museum housed within its walls that is very much worth a visit. One simply cannot explore Florence and miss out on its most iconic landmark, the Duomo. Take in its beautiful facade of white, pink, and green marble and stand in wonder at the frescoes and glorious stained glass windows.
