The small town of Levanto lies just a short distance from Cinque Terre, one of Italy’s most famous coastal towns, where it boasts one of the best beaches in the area. This is broad sandy beach which has been divided into free and private areas. The free area has showers and restrooms and in the private area, where you need to pay an entrance fee, you will find many convenient amenities like a swimming pool, restaurants and concessions. The waters are calm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling and diving and you can rent canoes, pedal boats and surf boards, by the hour or for the whole day.
