Once a Medieval palace for the Pepoli family, this museum shows the history of Bologna from ancient times with the Etruscans through modern-day importance. This museum used multimedia formats to provide a chronologically organized itinerary through all the rooms. From the Painted City to A Time Not So Near Nor So Far, the rooms are themed to maximize the learning experience. Visitors can also use their Bologna Welcome Card for free entry.
