Protecting and showcasing a collection of important archaeological discoveries, The Archaeological Museum, Paros is an interesting attraction for anyone interested in ancient history.

Unfortunately, many of the archaeological finds of the region were swiftly transferred to Athens, so what you will be seeing is just a small sample of the gems which have been unearthed on Paros. The museum has two halls and an outdoor courtyard where there are many architectural parts, urns and a Roman mosaic floor.

Inside you can see a collection of pottery and sculpture as well as a statue of Gorgon (6th century BC) and a marble statue of Nike, from 450 BC.
