Scharpf, who competed on the 16th season of popular Bravo television series Top Chef, serves up excellent farm-to-table fare in a rustic dining space in Dubuque's burgeoning Historic Millwork District, working with local farmers and growers to ensure peak ingredient freshness and quality.
