Condado Tacos was originally founded in Columbus, Ohio in 2014 and has since added locations throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, including a location in Indianapolis. The unique build-your-own-taco concept restaurant lets diners choose their own toppings and build their own classic Mexican fare at lunch or dinner. Guests can choose from a variety of hard and soft taco shells or create their own taco bowls, stuffed with toppings such as shrimp ceviche, braised brisket, housemade chorizo, or barbecued jackfruit. A plethora of vegetable, cheese, and salsa options complete concoctions, which can be paired with side dishes such as refried beans and Mexican rice. Housemade tortilla chips are also served up, along house margaritas and high-quality tequilas.
