Tucked away in a valley of the Andes, near the Chilean border, is El Bolson, a small town with a lot to offer. Known for being the gateway to other mountain towns on the 42nd parallel, El Bolson has a small town feel that is valued immensely by its residents. The town is famous for the beer that is made there, brewed with local hops. In this small region of Argentina alone, there is such a number of microbreweries that there is even the Chamber of Microbreweries that was formed to support the industry’s growth. Between the beverages and the beautiful nature of the Andes Mountains, visitors to El Bolson are sure to have a great time.
