Review:

Established in 1951 by John Woodworth, the Town and Gown Theatre is one of Oklahoma’s oldest and longest-running community theatres. Beloved by both residents and visitors, the Town and Gown Theatre has played host to numerous performances of celebrated classics like The Great Gatsby, Steel Magnolias, and To Kill A Mockingbird. The performances here have readily been met with standing ovations, and are a testament to the skill and talent of Stillwater’s local performers. Visitors can purchase tickets for individual shows, but the Town and Gown Theatre also offers season tickets for patrons who plan to watch more than just one show.
