Review:
Valley of Fire State Park spans over 46,000 acres long and is filled with interesting geological structures, most of which are made of vibrant red sandstone. Park-goers will discover not only impressive natural landscapes to explore, but historic structures left behind by Native Americans and the Civilian Conservation Corps. Valley of Fire State Park has 72 sites that are broken up into two campgrounds that come with picnic tables, restrooms, and a dumping station. RVs are allowed to stay here and there are special camping spots for them that are equipped with electric and water hookups. This state park also has a group camping area that can accommodate up to 45 people.
