Grand Lake O' the Cherokees is a 46,500-acre lake on the Grand River, near Grove in northeastern Oklahoma. The lake has 1,300 miles of shoreline with plenty of largemouth bass, white bass, crappie, channel catfish, bluegill and the rare paddlefish to many any angler happy. There are five parks near the lake with huge range of recreational opportunities. Boats can dock at the lake year-round and visitors can rent boating equipment for the weekend. The lake also attracts more adventurous folks with a passion for parasailing and wakeboarding. There are plenty of resorts and lakeside marina restaurants for longer stay.
