Review:
Rasika can be considered one of the most popular restaurants, and not just Indian restaurants, in the Washington, DC area among both locals and tourists alike, including President Obama. Due to the popularity of the flagship location in Penn Quarter, a second location opened in West End to similar rave reviews. Visitors to Rasika can expect to find nouveau Indian dishes on the menu, such as apple jalebi beignets and lobster pulao, all paired well with an array of creative cocktails. At the helm of Rasika is Chef Vikram Sunderam, a recipient of the James Beard Award.
