Review:

Founded in 1864, the 1200 square miles of Yosemite National Park is one of the most beloved National Parks in the United States. Visitors to the park can camp, hike, or explore the wilderness. There are guided hikes, interpretive programs, and ranger programs available for visitors. Tours by trolley are also available for visitors who prefer not to walk or hike. Birdwatching, fishing, and horseback riding are also popular activities, as well as rock climbing, which Yosemite is world-famous for. Winter sports such as skiing and snowshoeing are also available seasonally. Yosemite National Park also has one of the darkest skies in the country, making it ideal for stargazing.
