Review:
Designed to please all the senses, Plonk Bozeman is one of the city’s most popular downtown wining and dining destinations. Named after the British colloquialism for ordinary and cheap wine, Plonk ironically is renowned for its focus on fine wines, serving them by the glass or bottle in a captivating environment. The eatery has a beautifully restored century-old tin ceiling, walls adorned with local artworks, including a restored mural of local cattle brands, trendy décor, and curvy red couches, creating a classy and chic ambiance. Plonk also serves seasonal menus of globally-inspired, farm-to-table fare prepared with locally sourced ingredients which can be enjoyed as a selection of small sharing plates or a decadent seven-course dinner in the private cellar. An extensive collection of fine wines from around the world is served from the bar, along with classic cocktails, and craft beers. Plonk is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
