All of the coffee drinks at Pitango; whether they are served straight up, as an affogato, or with steamed milked; are inspired by the espresso-based offerings of Italy. Each and every drink offered at the coffee and gelato shop is made with organic, grass-fed milk from the Trickling Springs Creamery. Soy milk and almond milk is also available upon request. Pitango uses coffee from Vigilante Coffee, a local coffee roaster in DC that sources its high-quality beans from farms directly across the world. Pitango and Vigilante Coffee have created a custom blend, named Fortunata, only available at Pitango as well.
