Gregorys Coffee first opened in Washington, D.C. in 2006 with just one mission in mind: to provide guests “with the perfect cup of coffee.” The coffee shop works with some of the leading exporters and importers of coffee in the world, giving the shop access to some of the most interesting and best coffee on the market. The team at Gregorys works hard to carefully select coffees and develop roast profiles that bring out the best of each coffee bean, roasting four days every week to ensure freshness. Healthy packaged foods and pastries are also available at the coffee shop.
