Rosy's At The Beach, or Rosy’s as it’s called by locals, is a restaurant and bar in downtown Morgan Hill that opened in 1998. The casual and comfortable restaurant has proven to be a favorite with friends and family getting together for a delicious meal and a good time. Rosy’s specializes in fresh fish and seafood which is sourced from the Moss Landing area; favorites include the prawn tacos, crab cake beach house platter, salmon burger, and seafood paella. If you’re not a fan of fish or seafood, you can try out their chicken penne pasta, steak of the day, boardwalk burger, or gluten-free veggie pasta.
