Review:

Free Range Brewing is a family-owned and operated brewery in the NoDa neighborhood of Charlotte that has been the talk of the town since opening in 2016. Owned by brothers, Jeff and Jason Alexander, the business was born as a labor of love and has grown into one of the neighborhood’s go-to spots for great beer and food and a friendly, welcoming vibe. Boasting indoor and outdoor seating, the brewery produces a range of small-batch rotating brews that are available on tap and include My Fair Lady, a high-gravity IPA; Sea of Companions Oyster Stout; You’re Everything I Need, a Carolina Hoppy Sourdough; Jenny Lost in the Woods, a Carolina Saison; and Barracuda Bill’s, a pseudo-pilsner. Free Range Brewing’s taproom is open seven days a week at various hours.
