Lizzy's Fresh Coffee is a family-owned coffee shop in Ketchum, originally established in 2008 out of owner Liz Roquet's home. Today, the roastery and cafe has received a number of international coffee roasting awards, including silver and bronze medals from Golden Bean North America, the world's largest annual roaster competition. Diners can enjoy a variety of specialty coffees crafted to order, including pourovers, espressos, Americanos, steamers, and flavored lattes and mochas. Baristas are on hand to help diners pick roasts for beverages or select from brewing and grinding gadgets to prepare coffees at home. A portion of all proceeds are donated to charities of diners' choice as part of the Giving Beans program, which helps local organizations such as the Animal Shelter of the Wood River Valley.
