Review:

The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is a secluded resort in Maui with luxury amenities for guests to enjoy. There are 463 rooms and suites with island-inspired vibrant décor, dark wood floors, and marble bathrooms. All rooms have furnished balconies and marble bathrooms, with some also offering separate soaking tubs, Club Level Access, separate living rooms featuring sofa beds, an extra outdoor lanai balcony, and/or a private dining room. During your stay, you get to make use of the two golf courses and locally-inspired spa. Or just explore the 54 acres of land that includes the Honokahua Preservation Site, a sacred site. Between the property itself and immediately adjacent areas, you can use the basketball or tennis courts, surf, go boogie boarding, kayak, sail, swim, go stand-up paddling, or go outrigger canoeing. The Ambassadors of the Environment Program lets you watch whales, hike, and snorkel. The resort shuttle can take you to nearby areas. There are six restaurants to select from when it comes time for a meal, all with local sustainable ingredients. Options include the farm-to-fork Banyan Tree, the breakfast-only Ulana, and the Burger Shack.
