Cohen’s Retreat was built in the 1930s and funded by Percy Cohen. Today the building is a restaurant and special events space specializing in southern small plates, delicious sandwiches, and amazing desserts; as well as delectable entrees highlighting the regional fish and meat. There are three events spaces at Cohen’s Retreat—The Art Tank, The Porch, and The Library. The Art tank can accommodate up to 100 guests, while the other two spaces are smaller and more intimate. Couples can also book the entire property for their special event.
