German-born Sissi studied Graphic Arts at the Academy of Art in Munich and worked as a graphic designer before traveling to Hawaii where she found inspiration in the tropical beauty and made it her home.

Her paintings reflect this beauty in their vibrant colors and tropical patterns, and art-lovers around the world have commissioned her, including the Mauna Lani Hotel in Hawaii and the Player’s Island Resort and Casino in Nevada.
