Formed by a group of enthusiastic archaeologists, paleontologists and educators, the Palm Beach Museum of Natural History protects and showcases all aspects of the natural world in which we live. The museum’s permanent collections include exhibits of ice-age creatures like mammoths, mastodons and giant sloth, to name but a few. Of course there are also fascinating dinosaur skeletons to admire and a host of other exciting exhibits which will both educate and delight all ages. In addition, visitors can attend regular workshops, lectures and hands-on events designed to kindle an interest in all things natural and teach visitors about archaeological field techniques.
