Review:

Just like many other towns in Florida, Winter Park has its own unique history to tell. The Winter Park Historical Museum tells this beautiful history through excellently curated exhibits, special events, and other educational programs. Despite being a small museum, there are many special exhibits that come to tell different stories about the town’s history as well as the history of the surrounding areas. Such tales are told through exhibits such as “Retailing Our Story”, a special exhibit about the many bistros, boutiques, and businesses of the town. Past exhibits included “Whistle in the Distance: The Trains of Winter Park”, “Fine Feathers: How the Peacock Came to Winter Park”, and “The Way We Were: Park Avenue in the 60s and 70s”.
