Azure provides an “escape from the mundane,” offering guests a chance to experience French-European imaginative culinary dishes with a touch of Southern flair. The restaurant provides an intimate setting for dining, featuring a chef’s table, open-style kitchen, and a different take on some of the popular classic dishes of Europe. The simple, yet savory dishes served at Azure are made to bring out each individual element’s natural flavor. Only the best regional, fresh, and seasonal ingredients available are used in the French-inspired dishes, prepared by Chef Joe Pittman, who has worked under Top Chef Richard Blais and Chef Charles Mereday.
