Henderson Beach State Park is most well known for its large sand dunes and warm gulf waters, but guests who visit the park will discover there is far more to do than just sunbathe on the beach. Camping is one of the parks less known highlights, and the park has over 60 sites that can accommodate either tents or RVs, with accompanying water, electricity, picnic tables, ground grills, and even clothesline posts. For guests that want to spend time on the beach in a relaxing yet active way, Destin is well known for its fishing and Henderson Beach State Park helps the case with miles of scenic coast to fish from.
