Moonlight Bay Resort makes an ideal base for exploring the popular Leech Lake area. The resort has log-cabin style accommodation consisting of two and three bedroom cottages with equipped kitchens, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor gas grills. In addition to these, the resort also has a few budget one-room sleeping cabins with shared bathrooms and a large campsite with full hook-ups for RV’s.
Although the emphasis at the resort is on lake-based activities including fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding, there is also a heated swimming pool, playground, basketball, and other activities to keep the family happily entertained all day long. There is also a golf course across the road and great hiking on site.
