Wilson Park in the city of Florence, Alabama is a beautiful park situated in the downtown area. Featuring a spacious picnic area, the park hosts the Alabama Renaissance Fair every October, as well as numerous other events, such as the Handy Festival, Arts Alive, Easter egg hunts, the Music in the Park concert series, Christmas in the Park, and much more. Wilson Park has beautiful landscaping, benches to sit for a while and relax, a statue of W.C. Handy, and a large fountain.
