Review:

A visit to Red Rock State Park is must on any Sedona itinerary. Visiting the park will give you the opportunity to learn such a lot about the wildlife, geology, history and archaeology of this wonderful region. Your first stop should be the Visitor’s Center where you can watch a short orientation video before exploring the interpretive area.

The park offers daily free guided hikes (10.00 am Oct – May and 9.00am June-September). Birding enthusiasts can join the regular Saturday guided Bird Walk. Other activities include self-guided hikes along a 5 mile trail network. There are also designated equestrian and bike trails for visitors to enjoy.
