One of the best places to experience Rhode Island’s gorgeous flora and fauna has got to be the Neutaconkanut Hill Conservancy. Home to 88 acres of stunning wilderness, the conservancy sits at 296 feet above sea level, making it the highest point in the city of providence.
As such, it grants visitors and travelers a gorgeous view of Narragansett Bay as well as the lovely skyline of the downtown Providence area.
At the conservancy, visitors can find a family monument dedicated to the park’s first owners, the Borden and King family, as well as several walking trails, freshwater springs, and beautiful ravines.
