Review & FAQ:
Established in 1971, Lahemaa National Park was the first area to be designated a national park of the former Soviet Union. The park is over 280 square miles, making it one of the largest parks in Estonia as well as one of Europe’s biggest national parks. You can go on one of the many tour packages available to explore the park thoroughly. The park is filled with flora and fauna since over 70% of the park is covered in dense forests. Some of the most interesting aspects of the park include the 7,000-year-old Laukasoo Reserve and four picturesque manors. Map
